Senior year is a time of transition, growth, and celebration, and I am here to ensure that your senior portraits reflect the essence of who you are at this pivotal moment in your life.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, I strive to capture the unique personality, style, and spirit of each senior I have the privilege to photograph. Whether you're an athlete, an artist, a scholar, or someone who defies categorization, I believe that your senior portraits should authentically represent you and your journey.
From selecting the perfect location to curating the ideal wardrobe, I work closely with each senior to create a personalized experience that celebrates their individuality and showcases their personality. I am dedicated to creating a session that feels uniquely "you."
During your session, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to express yourself authentically. I believe that the best portraits are captured when you are relaxed and enjoying the moment, so I strive to create a laid-back atmosphere where you can be yourself and have fun in front of the camera.
After the session, I meticulously edit each image to ensure that it reflects the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Whether you choose to display your senior portraits in a traditional album, as wall art, or in a custom-designed graduation announcement, my goal is to create timeless photographs that you will cherish for years to come.

Getting Started

I can't wait to book a session with you. Once you contact me, we book a date and start the process - with a questionnaire to help me get to know you better! I will ask you to send me pictures of outfit/accessory choices along the way!
What happens next?

A few weeks before your session we will get together! Either grab a coffee if you are local, or set up a Zoom meeting. We will discuss your outfit choices, locations and special props to determine our plan of action for the perfect session! I can help you with as much (totally styling your whole session) or as little as you would like!
Session Day!

I always shoot within the couple hours before Sunset, and location choice will be a factor in the time that we start! I will have scouted out light and location and have a perfect plan in place to give us a great flow and take advantage of all of the beauty that Wallowa County provides!
What about posing?

Your one job is to show up and be yourself. My job is to pose you - which I will do verbally, but I will also get into the poses and show you myself. We will have a combination of posed shots, as well as a lot of movement and flow! Most of all I want you to have a lot of fun!

Scenario: It's session day and you woke up with a giant blemish on your nose! Never to fear! Once your final images are selected I will expertly retouch any blemishes or distractions to make your images perfect!
Next Steps

Once you have completed your session, I usually love to post sneak peeks within a couple days. Next (usually 3 weeks), I will curate a perfectly selected proof album of all of the best shots from the session. We will set up a meeting - in person or over zoom - for an ordering session where we will decide which package you would like to select, and which images you would like as your finals, as well as which prints and products you would like to order. After finals are selected, it will be a 2-3 week turnaround before you have your digitals and product. Finally - we will work together to create some announcement designs after your ordering session when we have finals selected.
What if I want more than one session?

Some seniors really love to plan two sessions. Sometimes a Summer and Fall or Summer and Winter! An additional session is just another sitting fee and you can add the images captured in both sessions into your package, announcements and product order!

I did not know what to expect when getting my senior pictures and was a little nervous about what would happen. From the beginning, Angela was amazing to work with. She listened to what I wanted and worked to make sure my photos represented who I am and what I love to do. It was a fun afternoon and my entire family enjoyed the experience with her. Working with Angela is like hanging out with an amazing friend. From the very beginning to the end of my session with her, I felt so comfortable, not just in front of the camera, but also just being with her. Our session consisted of nothing but laughter and smiles. She did such a beautiful job in making sure the pictures turned out exactly how I wanted them.
I have always hated having my picture taken, the constant fake smiles or the lack of creativity always makes pictures hard. However Angela can make any session fun!
