1. Choose Outfits That Feel Like You
Your outfit choices can really set the tone for your photos. I recommend bringing 2–3 different looks—like one casual, one dressy, and one fun outfit that reflects your personality.
Tips:
- Flowy dresses and earthy tones look amazing outdoors, especially by the lake.
- Avoid logos, neon colors, and clothes that feel too tight or uncomfortable.
- Add accessories like a hat, jacket, or boots to complete your look.

2. Don’t Forget the Little Details
Small touches can make a big impact! The day before your session, prep things like:
- Clean or neutral-toned nails
- Tidy brows and moisturized skin
- Lip balm or lipstick for touch-ups
- Hair freshly trimmed (if needed) about a week before

3. Pack Like a Pro
Bring these essentials to your session so you’re ready for anything:
- Outfits (on hangers if possible)
- Comfy shoes for walking
- Makeup for touch-ups
- Water + light snack
- Props that reflect your personality (guitar, flowers, letterman jacket, etc.)

4. You Don’t Need to Know How to Pose
Feeling awkward in front of the camera? Totally normal. Don’t worry—I’ll guide you through everything with natural posing and gentle direction to bring out your real smile and personality.

5. Make Your Session Personal
Want your photos to feel extra meaningful? Bring something that tells your story:
- A pet, sports gear, or creative item
- Something from your school experience
- A location that matters to you—like your family’s land, your favorite trail, or the lake

Your senior session should reflect who you are right now. My goal is to help you feel confident and relaxed, and create photos that you’ll treasure forever.
